“At 47, I was caught up in the fast lane of a traditional finance career, putting my health and well-being on the backburner. Decades of long office hours, business trips, wine-tasting dinners, and crash diets were leading me down a path of self-destruction. I found myself blindly following diet fads and the simplistic ‘calories in, calories out’ rule without researching what would really work best for my body instead.
Eventually, I decided enough was enough. I dove headfirst into researching and obsessing over the fine details of health and wellness. I fully embraced a keto lifestyle, practised intermittent fasting, and started playing sports daily. After three years of dedication, I transformed into a new man, losing four sizes off my waist and looking a decade younger.
I cracked the code for myself, and I’m confident it can work for others too. That’s why I founded Keto Real.”
